1. Who we are
This website is owned and operated by SKMG GROUP LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16513211), whose registered office is Studio No. 11, 138 Marylebone Road, London, England, NW1 5PH. We trade as CanvasNexa and sell digital art files — minimalist posters, illustrations and print-ready pieces — through this website at canvasnexa.com. You can reach us any time at hello@canvasnexa.com.
These terms apply whenever you browse this site or buy from it. By placing an order you accept them.
2. What you are buying
Everything sold here is a digital download. Nothing is physically shipped. When you buy a piece you receive a high-resolution file that you can print yourself, take to a local print shop, or send to an online printing service.
You are buying a licence to use the artwork. You are not buying the copyright, which stays with CanvasNexa.
3. What your licence allows
Every purchase includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the artwork, set out in full in our License Agreement. In summary, you may:
- use the artwork for personal projects — printed art for your home, digital art, social media, personal websites;
- use it for commercial projects — websites, digital advertising, printed materials, product packaging and other marketing collateral — provided it forms part of a broader creative project and is not sold as a standalone product;
- alter or modify the artwork to suit your needs.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute or make the file available for download as is, alone or in a collection;
- use the artwork in a trademark, service mark or logo;
- sublicense it, or build derivative products for resale where the artwork forms a significant part of the value;
- use it unlawfully, or in defamatory, obscene or otherwise offensive material.
The License Agreement governs if there is any conflict with this summary.
4. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are the amount you pay at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price or product description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
5. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic. See our Delivery & Payments Policy for how it works and what to do if a download fails.
6. Refunds
Because these are digital files, refunds work differently from physical goods. Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask.
7. Your account
You do not need an account to buy, but if you create one, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or disrupt this website, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access if you do.
9. Availability
We try to keep the site running and the catalogue available, but we cannot promise it will never be offline. We may add, change or withdraw artwork at any time. If a piece you already bought is withdrawn, your licence to keep using it continues.
10. Our liability
We provide the artwork as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example lost profit, or the cost of reprinting. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
If you are buying as a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you. Nothing in these terms takes those away.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when we last changed anything.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
13. Restricted jurisdictions
We do not provide services to anyone located in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity in, a jurisdiction subject to international sanctions, or where providing them would be unlawful — including countries or parties sanctioned by the United Kingdom (OFSI), the European Union, the United Nations, or appearing on the US OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list. We may refuse, cancel or refund any order that breaches these restrictions.
