Questions & answers
Everything you need to know
What do I get when I buy a piece?
Each purchase is a high-resolution digital file, ready to print at home, at a local print shop, or through your favourite online printing service.
Can I use the art commercially?
Yes. Your purchase includes a licence covering both personal and commercial projects — websites, advertising, printed materials, product packaging and other marketing work — as long as the artwork forms part of a broader creative project and is not resold as a standalone product. Full terms are in our License Agreement.
What file formats and sizes do I get?
You receive high-resolution files suited to common print sizes, so your art stays crisp whether it is A4 on a desk or a large statement print.
How do I download my art after buying?
Instantly. As soon as your order is complete you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email, and it stays in your account any time.
Do you offer bundles?
Not at the moment. Every print is sold on its own, and each download includes five print-ready sizes, so it is easy to mix and match pieces for a whole wall or room.
Can I get a refund?
Because every piece is a digital download we cannot offer refunds once files are downloaded, but if anything is wrong just email us and we will sort it out.
