2. What we collect
When you buy something
Your name, email address, billing details and the items you ordered. We need this to take payment, deliver your files and keep a record of the sale.
If you create an account
Your username, email address and anything else you add to your profile. An account is optional — you can buy without one — but it lets you re-download past purchases.
When you contact us
Whatever you put in the contact form or your email: usually your name, email address and your message. We use it to answer you, and nothing else.
Automatically
Our web server keeps standard logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — which we use to keep the site secure and working. These are not linked to your identity and are not used to profile you.
3. What we do not do
- We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can opt out at any time through the cookie settings link, and it is then switched off.
- We do not run advertising, remarketing or conversion pixels.
- Apart from Google Analytics, we do not load third-party scripts or trackers from outside this website.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
If any of that changes, we will update this page before it does, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
4. Payment details
We never see or store your full card number. Payment is handled by the payment provider that processes the transaction; they receive the details they need to take the payment, and they operate under their own privacy terms. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the billing information attached to your order.
5. Cookies
We set only the cookies the shop needs to work — your basket and, if you log in, your session. Google Analytics cookies are set unless you opt out, and there are no advertising cookies. The full list is in our Cookie Policy.
6. Where your data is held
This website and its database run on servers provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Finland, within the European Union. Email we send and receive is handled by our email provider.
7. How long we keep it
- Order records — kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.
- Account details — kept until you ask us to close your account.
- Contact messages — kept while we deal with your query and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you follow up.
- Server logs — rotated and deleted automatically on a short cycle.
8. Who else sees it
Only the suppliers we need to run the shop: our hosting provider, our payment provider and our email provider. Each handles your data on our instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and, where it applies to you, the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask us to delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or your local authority if you are elsewhere.

10. Legal bases
We process your data to perform our contract with you (completing your order and giving you your files), to meet legal obligations (keeping tax records), and for our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and answering your messages.
11. Children
This shop is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
