CanvasNexa sells digital files only. Nothing is posted or couriered, so there are no shipping costs, no delivery addresses and no waiting for a parcel — wherever you are in the world.

How you get your files

Your download is ready as soon as your payment is confirmed. You will find it in three places:

• on the order confirmation page, immediately after checkout;
• in your order confirmation email;
• in your account under My account, if you created one, so you can download again later.

Downloads do not expire and there is no limit on how many times you can re-download a piece you have bought.

What you receive

Each purchase is a high-resolution file suited to common print sizes, so the artwork stays sharp whether you print it small for a desk or large as a statement piece. Bundles arrive as a single archive containing every piece in the set.

If a download does not work

If your download link has not arrived within 30 minutes of payment, check your spam folder first, then contact us. It happens — a connection drops, a link is opened on a device that blocks downloads, or a file will not open. Email hello@canvasnexa.com with your order number and we will send your files across directly. We aim to reply within one working day.

Payment

Prices are shown and charged in euro (EUR). The price you see at checkout is the total you pay — there are no delivery charges or hidden extras.

Payment is taken at the moment you place the order, and your download is released once it clears. We never see or store your full card details; those go directly to the payment provider that processes the transaction.

If your bank converts the payment into another currency, the exchange rate and any conversion fee are set by your bank, not by us.

Order confirmation

Every order generates a confirmation email with your order number and download links. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us — automated email is often filtered.

Problems with an order

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or received the wrong file, email hello@canvasnexa.com with your order number and we will put it right. See also our Refunds & Returns Policy.
